    • Ensuring that all equipment within the department is properly maintained in good working condition, and defects are reported to and followed up with the Site Manager;
    • Daily inspection of all bars, restaurants and public rooms with regards to sanitation, AVO’s, cleanliness of furnishings and fittings, tasteful display of daily specials;
    • Supervision of requisition to ensure sufficient stock keeping in accordance with par levels, budget and inventories;
    • In charge of communication standards within the department: o Projecting friendliness and hospitality to guests;
    • Promoting same attitude and service orientation among the department regarding contact with guests and colleagues;
    • Dealing with guests complaints in cooperation with the Site Manager.

Your profile:

  • Experience in the same or a similar position for minimum two years
  • Good Computer skills
  • Knowledge of Fidelio, Micros and MMS is a plus
  • Good communication, interpersonal, social skills and leadership skills
